Public Service Announcements

I Can, You Can, We Can

We Can!, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Ad Council, launched the "I Can, You Can, We Can" PSA campaign in September 2012 for National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. The campaign encourages parents and caregivers to find creative ways to challenge and engage their kids to make healthy choices.

All In Together

The "All In Together" PSAs encourage families to make family time healthy time and find fun ways to get healthy together.

¡Podemos!

The ¡Podemos! Spanish language PSAs are designed to empower parents and caregivers to find creative ways to challenge their kids to make healthy choices. The PSAs feature parents stepping out of their own comfort zones, with humorous results.

Parents Have the Power

We Can!'s Parents Have the Power TV PSAs are available in English and Spanish. If your local PSA directors do not have copies of the TV PSAs, you can contact Melissa McGowan on the We Can! national team at mcgowanm@mail.nih.gov or 1-800-496-1051 to request copies. Radio PSA files are available for download below. You can use the live-read scripts to promote your We Can! programming with local radio stations.

We Can! "GO, SLOW, and WHOA" Widgets

The "GO, SLOW, and WHOA" widget is a free, interactive tool that you can post to your website or blog to share information about which foods are lower in fat and calories to help families maintain a healthy weight. It is based on our We Can! GO, SLOW, and WHOA Tip Sheetpdf document icon (135 KB PDF) that explains the difference between "Go Foods," "Slow Foods," and "Whoa Foods." The widget is available in two sizes.

 

To use the "GO, SLOW, and WHOA" widget copy and paste the embed code into the HTML code of your website or blog.
