This study will evaluate the effectiveness and benefit of His-bundle-pacing enhanced cardiac resynchronization therapy (His-CRT) versus cardiac resynchronization therapy (BiV-CRT). This study is testing a health coaching approach to help people with high blood pressure take their medicine correctly and on time.
