Description
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is hosting a series of engagement webinars titled, “Refreshing the NHLBI Strategic Vision.” These webinars will take place Monday, October 30 through Monday, November 6. NHLBI is beginning a process to refresh its Strategic Vision, which was first published in 2016. This refresh is designed to address emerging scientific opportunities in accordance with new National Institutes of Health (NIH) strategic plan requirements.
NHLBI will share information and upcoming plans for the refresh and how you can provide input.
During each webinar, NHLBI division and center directors will review research progress. They will also discuss focus areas for the refresh, answer questions, and gather inputs and ideas. The series is free and open to everyone. Participants may join as many sessions as they wish.
