Learn More Breathe Better® 2025-2026 Community Subcontract Program
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s (NHLBI) Learn More Breathe Better® Community Subcontract Program is seeking proposals from organizations around the country focused on education and programming to increase awareness and understanding of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as a serious lung disease and a leading cause of death and disability in the United States.
Through these subcontract awards, Learn More Breathe Better aims to support organizations in geographically targeted, community-level awareness efforts that further the implementation of the COPD National Action Plan, particularly in areas that align with its goals and objectives around public and professional education.
NHLBI expects to award up to three organizations, with each award not to exceed $50,000 for a 1-year period of performance, for innovative, sustainable programs that help reduce the burden of COPD.
